With Spring &amp; Summer comes the best vegetables, fruits, and vegetables. In addition, the temperatures rising making cool drinks desirable.<\/p>\n<p>Here are two recipes for summer or spring drinks. The first is a smoothie and the second recipe is Peppermint Iced Tea.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Strawberry, Banana, Mango Smoothie<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.atthecounter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/008-Copy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-176\" title=\"008 - Copy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.atthecounter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/008-Copy-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"347\" height=\"462\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.atthecounter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/008-Copy-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.atthecounter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/008-Copy-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 347px) 100vw, 347px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Strawberry, Banana, Mango Smoothie<\/p>\n<p>Yields 2-3 servings<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>4 strawberries<\/p>\n<p>1 banana<\/p>\n<p>1 6oz Vanilla Yogurt (I used Tillamook Vanilla Yogurt)<\/p>\n<p>1 mango, sliced. (to view how to cut a mango click <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PPRSP1PmvWI&amp;feature=fvsr\">here<\/a><\/p>\n<p>4 ice cubes<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<p>1. Cut the strawberry tops off and unpeel the banana.<\/p>\n<p>2. Throw the strawberries, banana, yogurt, mango, and ice cubes into a blender and blend until all is blended.<\/p>\n<p>3. Nothing is more refreshing than a cup of peppermint iced tea.<\/p>\n<p>Peppermint Iced Tea<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>4\u00a0 bags of Peppermint Tea<\/p>\n<p>4 cups boiling water<\/p>\n<p>Ice<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<p>1. Boil the 4 cups of water.<\/p>\n<p>2. Remove the boiling water from heat and add the tea bags of peppermint.<\/p>\n<p>3. Allow water to cool to room temperature.<\/p>\n<p>4. Transfer Tea to a Pitcher<\/p>\n<p>5. Place Pitcher in the Refrigerator and Refrigerate for 2 hours or until cold.<\/p>\n<p>6.
