I always choose the weekend with President&#8217;s Day on a Monday so that I can fly <a title=\"Allegiant Air\" href=\"http:\/\/www.allegiantair.com\/\">Allegiantair.com<\/a> and get the best deals for round trip airfare. Usually I can fly for $120 round trip which is phenomenal. This year, I spent a little more but it was worth the trip.<\/p>\n<p>Among the many things I enjoy doing in Eugene, I always insist on going to a cafe called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/vero-espresso-eugene\">Vero Espresso<\/a>. It is the most charming cafe situated in an old house with comfy chairs, great food, and lovely vanilla lattes. Lately I<br \/>\nhave not been drinking coffee, but I had to make an excuse for their vanilla lattes because they are simply heaven on earth. I also ordered some food which always beats my expectations. I got a half a turkey panini, cup of chicken soup, and a fruit salad. Vero Espresso completed my wonderful weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Thinking about Vero Espresso as my favorite coffee shop got me thinking about my readers. Do you have a favorite coffee place?
